We do not have a return policy. As a small business, returned goods can have a significant impact and create losses. However, please rest assured that all our RC cars undergo rigorous quality testing, and our dedicated support team is always ready to assist you with any issues or concerns.

Our standard delivery timeline is 15 – 20 days, since we start importing based on the order placed. That’s how we’re able to give such low prices when compared to our competitors. Yes, that’s some wait time but it’s definitely worth it when you compare our prices with our competitors.
When you place an order, they are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Our courier partners are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Tracking for all the orders gets generated post 6 PM on working days. For customers looking for faster shipping, we also offer priority shipping options at an additional cost.
