Our standard delivery timeline is 15 – 20 days, since we start importing based on the order placed. That’s how we’re able to give such low prices when compared to our competitors. Yes, that’s some wait time but it’s definitely worth it when you compare our prices with our competitors. Our courier partners are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Tracking for all the orders gets generated post 6 PM on working days. For customers looking for faster shipping, we also offer priority shipping options at an additional cost.

No, we do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. Due to the high value of our goods, offering COD would significantly increase the overall cost, leading to an unavoidable price hike for our customers.

No, our RC cars do not come with a warranty. Since these cars are imported from other countries, providing a warranty becomes challenging. Yes, we do provide spare parts support for the majority of our products. In the rare event of stock shortages, we have dedicated guaranteed timelines to ensure that your required spare parts reach you within 30 days. Our commitment is to keep your RC cars running smoothly, and our spare parts service is designed to provide you with the support you need to maintain and enjoy your hobby.

Currently, our spare parts are exclusively available for our pre-existing customers due to limited availability. Hence we sell very few spare parts online. This approach ensures that we prioritize our loyal customers and maintain the availability of essential components for their continued satisfaction and support. If you are an existing customer in need of spare parts, please reach out to our customer support, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Yes, we do. Customers can bring their vehicles to our studio in Bangalore, or they can courier them to us. If we have spare parts available, we will repair them promptly. If not, we can arrange the necessary parts within a month. Your RC vehicles are in good hands with us!
